We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are finalists in the “Best Support Services” category of this year’s MRS Operations Awards.
This is the first year that we have ever entered the awards so we’re absolutely delighted to have made it to the final stage.
The MRS Operations Awards (or Oppies, as they’re affectionately known!) were created to celebrate all the hard work of the companies and individuals who work in the operations and research side of market research - a field that often gets overlooked.
Our entry into the “Best Support Services” category comprised of three different case study examples. The first was for a world-leading sportswear brand who needed a bespoke, complex and in-depth survey to help them develop variations on 576 different sports shoe options.
The second was for a leading supplier of audiobooks who came to us to create a survey aimed at parents with young children.
With the knowledge that previous surveys hadn’t been very child-friendly, we created a bespoke survey where half was designed to be completed by adults and the remainder had a design that changed dynamically based on the age of the child.
The third was for an online gambling provider and was a weekly tracker survey of activity and attitudes amongst users of three gambling websites. As part of this, we created a completely bespoke dashboard and reporting system.
Dynamically branded to match the three websites in the study, the dashboard presented key metrics in a clear and attractive way, allowing the client to gain rapid insights into the survey results week-by-week.
The awards are being held at The Curtain in Shoreditch on 26th September and we can’t wait to spend an evening celebrating the very best of the operations talent within the market research sector.
