Exciting news…well, to us anyway.
We recently updated our AI-powered survey chatbot that we have fondly nicknamed The Probulator (sorry 😆). And whilst we’re not known for bragging about how good we are, we know a good bit of tech when we see it (we also developed it ourselves in-house)!
The Probulator reacts to answers in a way that conventional closed questions can’t. It responds intuitively to probe open-ended responses (hence the name) and encourages respondents to answer open questions much less rigidly than conventional open questions.
Since its inception, The Probulator has been a hit with our clients (not a sentence they probably thought they’d be appearing in). It’s more fun and engaging for respondents to answer and we get much better responses and insights.
And hey, we haven’t just been resting on our laurels and chuckling about our inappropriately named tech (okay, maybe we’ve been doing a little bit of the latter). We’ve also recently updated it to make it even better.
We’ve taken things in-house
Instead of relying on an outside company to plug into our survey system and have no control over how it worked behind-the-scenes, we put our technical minds to the task of creating our own solution as part of our Warp software. It’s simply brilliant – even if we say so ourselves.
It’s become an even better interviewer
The Probulator now has a cool new feature that classifies respondent quality and summarises their conversation. Reporting just got a whole lot quicker, and easier.
Ask about Morrissey if you dare
The Probulator uses AI, but it also has parameters – if a respondent mentions a topic that we’re not particularly interested in (like Morrissey) we essentially can tell it “thanks, but no thanks”.
In fact, you’re a brave man or woman if you try to talk to our demo about any sacrilegious bands based further afield than our beloved Manchester.
So if you’d like to add something new that sounds a bit like an invasive medical procedure to your next survey, say no more. Send Brian a message (brian@omnisis.co.uk).
