It’s time to wish a heartfelt congratulations to Tom Bonnick, who has recently had a well-earned promotion from Data Analyst to Senior Data Analyst (sorry Tom, we couldn’t think of a fancier job title for you).

Tom joined us as an apprentice back in 2019 (which, thanks to the pandemic, feels around 50 years ago). Since then, he’s become an essential part of the quiet yet well-oiled machine that is the Omnisis Development Team. 

He initially worked as a bridge between the Operations and Development teams before finding his feet as a Data Analyst. His new role will require more senior oversight on complex projects and more management tasks and responsibilities. 

A typical week for Tom involves managing and overseeing multiple client projects, scripting questionnaires and putting them into our in-house systems, controlling the survey fieldwork, managing tables and overseeing the results.

Tom said “I’m absolutely made up with the promotion. It’s a real credit to the Omnisis team for nurturing and training me, recognising my strengths, and always being there when I need to reach out. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without their support.”

Tom is a huge fan of travelling and since he’s been with us, he’s enjoyed the ability to work remotely at times so he can combine his love of exploring the world with flexible working. We’re looking forward to seeing how he grows and develops into his new role.
